The resident lawyer has said for many years, we have nothing, till we get a judgement of infringement.


Yet people invested heavily on the "perception" Chuck moore had a winner, however to be sure we had to win in court.

Was that getting the cart before the horse? The news/rumor,backed with some intelligent facts(later we find some of these to be false) attracted many.

We also found some so-called facts about the BoD to be perceptions and some true.

Thats why this message boards are used, to create or take away perception of value. It can be based on reputation like a resident lawyer, or just someone that at one time presented facts and gained trust, to flip all based on a trading agenda.

So to say, shareholders cannot influence the PPS.........is just playing an agenda.
