If anyone is still following this stock I hope you know that the Hiram Clarke Plant has been seized by a court order and sold to Berry Group LP as of May 2014. The deed transferring the property was recorded in August 2014 with the Harris County Civil Court. I live nearby this plant and am very concerned about what is going on there. If anyone has any information on this situation please let me know. Also I have been unable to contact anyone with Biofuels Power concerning this matter. If you are in touch with them please let them know as they may have legal means to regain the property if they act within a certain period of time
