" IF " is not hyperbole, remember they are pink and know that the filing can only hurt.

The only advantage to filing is that it may stay current and be less for a shut down suspension , thus allowing the sale of more paper , and the cashing in of paper already sold well below market value.

It's what you call a catch 22 on the filing, damned if you do, damned of you don't
