Who dat company they kept communications with their shareholders open - issued press releases and filed a S-1?

SKTO hasn't issued a press release since 06/24/2014 - SKTO has stopped filing their quarterly reports.

just as I told everyone - the way Hipple does these is just let them die a long slow painful (for shareholders) death.

Sorry but Hipple/Jan have moved on.
