Intellect the company could only file the SEC 8K regarding the settlement do to the confidentially clause with Pfizer they were not allowed to issue a pr.

As far as the IHUB board we need one of the mods to update the board and wipe out almost everything on it cause there is so much mis information its not even funny.

And again I could careless what happened in 2008,2009 with said party that was judged in the summer of 1012 cause there ownership is little today.

Dr. Chain has no issue with Intellect that issue is moot so that letter needs to be removed.

No where do I see on IHUB were Shire updated its website Oct.24,2014 regarding the footnote (3) currently clinical 1/2 trials regarding the ongoing trial.

All the court filing ect also cause not only does the 8K clearly state the issues with Pfizer was settled for 1.2 million the defense in Doc.# 112 has confirmed the settlement.

Worst mis-information on a IHUB board I've ever seen/read.To me the settlement should be in bold letters after a complete work over of this old out dated mis-information.

Talking about trying to cause damage to me that's exactly what imo has occured.

Now Elliot does need to do as he stated and issue updates not every 6 months but at least every quarter again imho.

Hopefully we see cahnges to the ILNS message board so its more current then stuff that's years old IMHO.
