Why? - this company has no product portfolio relevant to a business, small or medium sized, is not building its own technology or has any capablity of building any product or technology, it no-longer owns any IP, it currently has no customers base, has not able able to demonstrate the ability of retaining a sustainable customer base in any market be it Telecommuncations or Money Transfer, it cannot complete any of its announced or intended acquitions and therefore its ability to deliver on any level of strategy is ZERO.
I suspect it has no revenues either since the failure of iWorld Services as described in the Shareholder Update of 7th Jan "we suspended the telecom operations in this unit in the summer" and the liquidation of its Irish subsidiary Axiologix Ltd last year where it lost all revenues associated with these assets - see http://www.insolvencyjournal.ie/ij_news_more_details/petition-to-wind-up-axiologix-limited

I believe it is now a just a shell for ongoing 'Pump and Dump' programs.
