I think Amie Hingston was a very good CEO with much higher ethical standard than the new guys! It is the new CEO (Steve Chen) and new President (Brian Kistler) who should be put in the jail for what they have done to MCII: 1:1000 huge R/S, not issuing any shareholder's updating, filing nothing since the management change (Amie Hingston did ask them to file the reports), and causing the MCII's downgrading to the "Caveat Emptor" tier etc....
