amongst all the chatter today, no talk of the following has been mentioned. Most important for shareholders
"Special Note to Stockholders :

With respect to the SEC relisting issue for Superior's Common Stock, the process is on schedule, the Required Financial Audit and Form 10 are nearing completion and advancing as planned. Look for more updates to come from Superior Oil and Gas Co."
