Absolutely, they think this is the Concepcion. But they do not KNOW it. their evidence is the age of the coins and artifacts that have been collected over the years. On the beach and in the water. So they are excited and hoping that they are right and it is the concepcion, but no one said for sure that without a doubt it IS the concepcion. And again, once they come out and say "We found the Concepcion", if that ever happened, the stock would be 20 cents or something amazingly higher than it is today. Make sense?
