Dr. Bray is not the CEO anymore. It clearly states it in the Form 4 that the author of that article clearly didn't read.

On November 5, 2014, the Board of Directors and majority of the shareholders of Cannabis Science, Inc. (the “Company”) by written consent resolution appointed Raymond C. Dabney as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dabney will replace Dr. Dorothy Bray as President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Bray will no longer be an officer or director of the Company, but will remain on as Scientific Advisory Board Chair and a Clinical Development Consultant.

and here's where the shares came from.

On May 20, 2013, Dr. Dorothy Bray entered into a two year management agreement with the Company and was appointed a director and CEO. Under the agreement, Dr. Bray is compensated $5,000 per month and was issued 5,000,000 Rule 144 restricted common shares with a fair market value of $230,500 for services rendered.

Take it however you like but 75K worth of shares is a paltry sum compared to what most of these other so called executives are pulling down.

I also wanted to clarify that she is no longer an officer or director of the company.

and she also controls a lot more shares than just the 3.5 million in her personal account. Also from the Form 4 linked above.

14,439,250 I Held by BDH Holding BV, a company which Dr. Bray has voting and investment control over.
