While the arbitration ruling may be immediate and binding that doesn't necessarily mean that any cash award would be received immediately. I doubt Inventiv has a lot of surplus cash from which to write a check to CVM for hopefully several million dollars. My point is that an immediate decision in May quite possibly can still result in payment sometime later. The important thing now is to get the favorable arbitration decision. First things first.
