That's not true at all. He was a copycat at the end of the scam of stealing long distance service. The large outfits closed the loopholes in their systems and sued. Barry's companies was one of the ones sued. Barry lost in court and refused to pay. He was such a small player that they didn't bother to follow up on it. That's probably where he learned part of the trick: "If you stay small enough nobody is likely to come after you." The other part of the trick is "keep it all so convoluted that only those who got shafted and paid attention to the details will understand what really happened. Government regulators and crime fighters will go away due to frustration. It is too time consuming to figure out certain things."

It is also ironic that the claim that BH made money is made in relationship to the only corporations that he has controlled which was private, where, of course, it is more difficult to follow the trail, and it is also the oldest outfits of all the ones with which he has ever been involved.

It is also mazing how many different corporations he has created over the years, both public and private. What a litterbug he is in this respect. The most successful entrepreneurs that I have know have created few corporations, in most cases only one. Going all over the man like he has done is a clear indication of ineptness of fraud.
