The TAX LOSS selling, along with the LACK of any GOOD news led to a lower share price..

(Negative posts did NOTHING to contribute, IMO, to that drop)...

However the lower S/P made it cheaper for buyers to get back in
AND improve their cost basis.

With the TRIGGER event being the news of the HTC settlement and Licensure.

The LACK of any further positive developments in the immediate future will cause the inevitable slow deflation of expectations resulting in a lowering of S/P...AGAIN IMO

...(Along with the DAY TRADERSTaking small gains)...

While the news did bring renewed optimism, it has all but dissipated, since there is NO indication of any monetary benefit to shareholders. AT THIS TIME...
