Naw, that's what Tony used to do.......at least on a temporary basis it seems until the new project falls through with the MJ industry or get's put on the back burner. That is where all the HYPE and quick SHARE SALES were at for the last couple of years. The HONEST CEO's are still in business and making a go of it and producing PROFITS for their shareholders.

In Jan. 2014 we were in the BIO business with MILLIONS expected to be hitting the books and supposedly at least 2 partners per Tony's PR below.

Tony was doing his usual song and dance routine and then POOF, somehow all of that conveniently changed by Feb. 3rd 2014 when he and his Mother-In-Law apparently struck up a " deal " to do a MJ job on shareholders.......you guessed it.....another bait & hook SCHEME!

Looking at the HISTORY of trades, seemed to work on both occasions. Tony sold boat loads of shares and shareholders get a 20% stock dividend a week ago to boot......RESTRICTED of course but such a DEAL according to Tony. He is making sure we keep hanging around. I wonder WHEN the old R/S will bite the shareholders?? He may have gave away a 20% DIVIDEND VIA SHARES over the last couple of years but the ol R/S will take that away MANY TIMES OVER!

So now a year later, it appears the MJ side of the business is sagging and here we go again.....back to the BIO side of the business and he figures he can skim profits somehow once the OIL MARKET turns around ( which it WILL DO ) once OPEC is finished with their little stab and jab episode.......more bait & hook from Tony I suspect around the time OPEC releases their stranglehold on the oil industry pricing.

USEI is classified as a industrial organic chemicals & misc. company. I imagine that " misc " also covers the MJ side of the business and will let Tony run WILD and bounce back and forth with shareholders dollars in what ever SCHEME he can come up with to SELL SHARES! Personally, I am still waiting on a PROFITABLE balance sheet to appear. Don't recall seeing any from his past numerous companies he drove into the ground!!

When I look at Tony's Sept. 2014 Balance Sheet - Proceeds From Sales and see a big ZERO........that tells me Tony is pulling the wool over someone's eyes when he says he is selling product in the MJ business! That was 180 days ago.......get the picture? Be sure to check that little " line item " if and when you see the Y/E financials AND Q1 of 2015!!
