Investor Help (NO Ihub questions)

I started trading on sharebuilder about 4 months ago. I probably made every mistake any trader can make started trading with $100 and just added with every paycheck another $100. 4 months later I have $100 dollars stuck in a stock that is crap. Everytime I jump in a stock it's gone up 20 % but I can't get out with a profit because if commission. So I am going to start over with $1,000 when I get my tax return. I'm thinking of switching to etrade but it seems they aren't great for such small accts. my commission is $7 plus a .007 charge per share under $1. Impossible almost to cover when only using $200 per trade. Is etrade cheaper than that. I'm thinking I will not trade with less than $500 from there on. Sorry for the short story...
