"Hey there Jay, is the company close to closing the LOI for Countryside nursery? This seems to be a big step for the company if this gets done, are we just waiting on paperwork? Thanks!"

"Yes, it is a huge step. I don’t know how you’ve missed it but it has been public knowledge for some time that a couple of our acquisitions, including Countryside, are going to require a substantial amount of cash to close. It has been announced that these funds were going to be generated by AVEW up listing to OTCQB and thereafter, we have committed, $5 million from our investment bankers to close these transactions and others. Countryside owners are on board with this and we meet with them at least a couple times a month. We are on excellent terms with the Yepez brothers and look forward to a very long term prosperous business relationship with them in the nursery, landscape and other businesses. The paperwork for the transaction is in place for now and funding is all that remains.We will keep all posted regarding this very important transaction. Funding for our real estate division is a completely seperate category and has nothing to do with listing status. I am very excited about the real estate divisions (home building, commercial development and procurement) for 2015. I repeat. Very excited.
Other funding available, such as Regulation “A” facilities, are available but on a back burner for now simply because we don’t want to sell common stock at current prices nor have we done so. I receive offering proposals to buy shares from us many, yes many, times a week. That was not AVEW that sold shares on Christmas eve as so many people state with their fabricated information.
We appreciate you and our other shareholders hanging in with us during this time of infancy and growth. I never called all our shareholders “morons” as some have accused but yes, I did in fact, refer to persons who misrepresented AVEW, misinformed others, flat out lied (and still do) as morons. Yep, I did that.
