The 10Q states PDS funding as of January 9th and the settlement was January 8th. PDS funds come primarily from licensing (sometimes you see a few hundred k in their available funds when there has been no licensing and TPL and PTSC have to make contributions but never 1.6 million...that comes from licensing). It is bad news for PTSC shareholders I am afraid. I would recommend selling before this very small license fee gets made official in PTSCs next quarterly report. Just trying 2 help.
