Maybe this is what Vincent is up to. DUMP 2-5 MILLION shares to drive down the stock price and insiders can load up. Then do a PUMP and DUMP up to $1.50 so the insiders can DUMP the .02's they bought at $1.00-$1.50 for Vincent to get the 2 MILLION he needs. Then at $1.50 relisting of AXLX with the help of FLTT the former AMEX listed company?????
