Liquidmetal Technologies Receives Production Contract From Miltner Adams
Liquidmetal(R) Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB:LQMT), the leading developer of commercial amorphous metal technologies, has received a purchase order to begin manufacturing of a custom production knife for the Miltner Adams Company.
"We are thrilled to announce our first contract for a product to be produced in our Rancho Santa Margarita facility. The application fits perfectly with our technology, helping us take a big step toward fulfilling our goals for 2015, and becoming a fully operational manufacturing center," said Tom Steipp, President and CEO of Liquidmetal Technologies.
"It is rare to find a technology that will have such a big impact on the product's performance and the market around us. We are excited to begin manufacturing, and selling our new product in the coming months," added Richard Miltner, Co-Founder of Miltner Adams
The Hybrid Knife™ (MA-6 Hybrid) is a brand new design, never before available, and is the first of our designs to be produced in Liquidmetal®. This custom-production knife is scheduled for release in June 2015 and will retail for about $260.00 USD. The latest information and images of the Hybrid Knife™ are to be posted as they become available.

The Hybrid Knife™ design not only looks amazing, but is the "best of both worlds" - it combines the advantages of a fixed blade and a folder in one knife. The Hybrid Knife™ out-performs any other tactical knife on the market, and here's why... The Hybrid is:

1. Solid like a fixed blade.
2. Convenient to carry like a folder.
3. Practical for daily use.
4. Easy to sharpen - Our HollowFlat™ Blade design makes it easy to sharpen the Hybrid Knife™ anywhere - no sharpening guides needed, just use a simple field sharpener for a perfect sharp edge every time.
5. Safe Grip - No-slip design makes the Hybrid Knife™ safe to use even with slippery, wet, or oil covered hands.
6. Hands-Free Action - this means you have the Hybrid Knife™ secure in your hand and ready to use, while still having both hands free for other tasks, eliminating the need to drop or set the knife down, or having to putting it away.
