Claims
12. The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more electroporating signals are each associated with an electrical field, wherein the device further comprises a potentiometer coupled to the power supply and the electrodes, and wherein the potentiometer is configured to maintain the electrical field within a predetermined range so as to substantially minimize pain.
