Whatever happened should be out in the quarterly report.
On Dec 31, 2014, they reported the quarter ending on Sep 30.
So, I would expect by the end of March, they will let us know.

And hopefully by then the reporting will all be complete.

That would be a really nice time to divulge the explosion in sales deals and revenue, followed by a massive 5 Billion share buy back and listing on the NYSE as the share price goes into double digits (left of the decimal).
