Vincent needs $2,000,000.00. He lowered the A/S to 250 million from 8 BILLION. The O/S as of now is IMO around 50 million so he has 200 million left that he could DUMP. 200 million even at .01 is his 2 million he needs. He can then just raise the A/S back to 8 BILLION. Let's see what he does. If he can PUMP AXLX to $1.50 which he needs to relist all it would take is 1,333,334 shares to raise his 2 million. IMO he will PUMP and DUMP AXLX up to $1.50 and all will be good here. He IMO can never relist with an A/S of 8 BILLION so I think he will keep it at 250 million.
