There's nothing here for the SEC to scrutinize.

And it's up to the person reporting a company to provide enough documented information in order for the SEC to consider looking into a complaint. They probably ignore (rightfully so) more than 90% of the complaints they receive.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
