ARSC web site deleted history before Aug 2014. Time for another Big PR.
Then they will float a billion shares to some finance company for cash so they can manufacture fuel cells(HA HA).With less than 2.5 million shares outstanding 52 week high showing $1.60 and at .80 for the last 4 years, charts not showing triple zeros, this stock may look good to a new investor (sucker) It could look like a legitimate company that's going to build fuel cells(HA HA).

If someone has old history please post.

If you like your money this is a bad place to put it.(IMO) But hell what's money for.
