I was just making a general comment, but now that you brought it up , it's interesting how all these penny stocks seem to have an uncanny ability to "attach" themselves to higher entities (companies) and say they have agreements or contracts in place when it is absolutely false.
I have one right now who claims they are at the forefront of the Asian mobile market.
