The company went public afterwards, and that meant they had to reach an agreement with the private investors involved. That's why the A/S is low, and Smoky Markets wants to succeed.

Nothing wrong with reaching for success in the food business. It happens every day, and just like life, we get up and dust ourselves off each day. I wouldn't invest in Smoky Market if not for the integrity of the share structure, and the management working to reach it's goals.

This Agreement supersedes and terminates the Processing Agreement entered into between Smokey Systems, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and SPI, dated January 10, 2001.
