Final judgment with the court
Exactly as proposed by the defendants. MMRF is ordered to pay the defendants court costs and the defendants have 2 weeks to apply to have their attorney fees covered.
That is absolutely stunning. That never happens except in the most frivolous of cases. Both sides pay their costs in this country.
Shocking too how fast the judge ruled. There obviously was nothing at all to mMRF's case. Think any of their other patents will fare any better?
