Re the arbitration hearing (trial), while we all anticipate and hope for a positive result for CVM in May resulting in an unknown $$ award, such a result does not necessarily mean an immediate infusion of $$. I would expect all kind of slow play tactics by the defendant, as we have already seen, and if so who knows when any cash may actually be received by CVM. Obviously the best news for everyone is a significant increase in enrollments ASAP.
