No. It's a stinking, plague-filled barge that's now drifting in the darkness of the OTC, without a captain or crew aboard. And if you are daring enough (or stupid enough) to go aboard and look around, you will suddenly discover that this barge contains a cargo of over $10 Million of debt and not a dime of revenue.
And if you go into the office of its former captain (who left with the last available life raft --- "damn the women and children and so-called "investors" who were aboard" and some, who are even STILL aboard, hiding in dank crevices, licking their financial wounds) you will find evidence that he (Captain Bob) increased the A/S to a mind-boggling 30 BILLION shares. It's kinda like a time-bomb he left. One that will surely detonate (at any given instant) in the foreseeable future and destroy all who then remain on board.
But after you discover all of the above ... you'll also suddenly discover that can't get your silly ass OFF the barge, as NO ONE will come to your assistance (with their bids) to save you.
So then ... DO have a care when you click that mouse and "go aboard".
