The problem is that no one knows what sort of deal the acquisition was for.
Judging by the increase in the A/S and the number of shares sold, I'd say GDET got a lot of shares and dumped a lot of them.
Until the deal terms are revealed, and unless they're much better than seem likely since DNNC has nothing to offer GDET, other than cheap shares, it's likely to keep dropping.
And once it hits $.0001, who knows what happens next.

Nothing here says "undervalued" to me.
