I just got off the phone with a director at Hitec. The merger is complete. It's public knowledge through both companies. There will be a name and ticker change coming really soon.

They are working on the paper work park as we speak to push out to us. All the financials have been done through the US government as far as filing but this has to be done through the Canadian government to release DRAG. This just needs to be entered into a program called SEDR before the AMF is satisfied.

Once this is done we will be hearing a lot more from DRAG/Hitec on what is going on along with what to expect from Hitec. We don't know what kind of business they do but it's good. Here's why:

They are PAID to get the tires. Then they breakdown the elements of the tire and resell it back to the manufactures. So, the rubber, oil, metal, iron, and carbon are resold. Remember, they didn't pay a dime to get the tires. I asked if there would be a shortage of tires and he said no. They are back logged for years.

An example given is a baker. He uses eggs, flour, and sugar to bake a cake. Now separate them in reverse and that's what they do to tires.

Profitable, YES! Company market value more than $1.1 million, I would say so.

Glad to be here for the ride and it looks like this is in fact another NHMD ride my friend!
