I actually didn't notice it til the other day. It appears this is what they wanted to do with the reverse merger and reverse split from last year. Looks like they are going ahead without the reverse merger part. If he holds 500 million shares now, and it's legal somehow, then any vote we have would be worthless including for the BOD and CEO. Hope I'm wrong!
