the price of the equity doesnt change the balance sheet. the equity is equity. he got some cash it looks like for concessions, i am sure more will show up on next filing.

After the first reverse, he issued new stock. This stock on the books was valued at 4M, as you are referencing. BUT that doesnt mean it was worth that. it was most likely issued at the value of the market when he issued it, which means who every received it, lost money as well.

He did not put 4M into his pockets. offspring dont know how old you are but my advice would be to speak to your dad if he's a CPA to understand how a balance sheet is set up. there are a lot like you who misinterpret and understand how the financials work.
