Personally I believe it is a great buying opportunity. I'm not thrilled by the R/S and I know the R/S is currently depressing the stock price. But that just makes it a great time to buy. I have been accumulating shares over the last 3 months and have an ave cost of $.13/share. But then again I was one of those crazy speculators that purchased shares at $.04/share several years ago and sold them at $.32/share.

Mike has kept the company in business despite a tough market. I think now, he sees the great opportunity ahead and has taken the plunge to raise capital and spend some money to get the company ready for the explosion in growth just ahead of us.
