Maybe the VNTH-authorized investor PR firm could provide details on the status of the investment of the (apparently) minority holders in the VNTH parent company, the middle one in the colonnade, Nanobeak? Or at least a timeline for open disclosure of this and other unknowns?

I believe this is the group that is in charge of the liaising based on the 1.9.15 VNTH "more shares" and "DE cuz, u know" announcement.

Someone found money to re-establish a "corporate" hq in NY, NY. For taxes or b/c "it was needed" for expansion? So now 2 hqs. It's not clear what that entails, much less the rationale.
