When a shell "merges" with another company, there's almost always massive dilution. That clearly happened with DNNC. And they're dumping as fast as buyers appear. It will likely go to $.0001 before they announce the new share count. Then comes a reverse split.

Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
