I agree with jonQ. It' a red herring.

I'm also suspicious about BKYI claiming they are short
11 million shares...its illegal to sell something you
don't own. I believe it was a gimmick to get the shareholders
to give up half of their shares so that BKYI would have
an extra 100 million shares to use to pay their salaries.
They could have had a 9 for 10 reverse split and covered the
11 million shares.

That is one scenario...let's see what happens.

In any case hoping the stock ever goes to 40, that is less
likely than going to 20 before the R/S.
