Disagree, they need to enroll around 20 patients...keep the costs low until Arbitration Award/Settlement then jack up the enrollment...the bulk of the costs are incurred within the first 3-4 weeks of a patient enrollment when the drugs are administered...so we just need to ride out the next few months till arbitration is settled.
