Breaking Good as we all now know it takes a very long time between the proposal of a new facility and it coming to fruition. The low price of gasoline is not going to be forever and governments, industry and finance people know it. The one who do not realize it are those who are running out to buy SUVs. People should not concern themselves so much with what will happen today but rather with what will happen tomorrow. History has shown us how often oil prices have fluctuated. Hopefully this time people will fully realize how much money the oil companies made off us while the prices were so high and say NEVER AGAIN!
