Not sure if this is the case but seems a lot of diluting going on at the close. I hope the 50 cent wall stays or we are back in the high .40's. Not good for stock IMO. If you look at charts leveled off but you see a r/s, 2 offering in 18 months with management salaries skyrocketing in the last 5 years. Hard to get any longs with that record. Good luck though ...
