WARNING - There is a formulated 'Promotion' program being undertaken on this stock. The capabilities of the Company are being heavily promoted to encourage purchase of the stock. This often happens after a Press Release or some other 'company event', which is normally a non-event or an expectation, which then doesn't actually occur.
The companies undertaking the promotion are being paid through stock at a discounted level, who then dump their holding, devaluing any gain made by the promotion, but in the meantime, company officers and 'executives' have also sold, through different channels and individuals.
This activity of 'Pump & Dump' needs to be investigated by the SEC as the fraudulent activity it is.
