I respect the skepticism. Chased way too many pinks and got taken by the dump from insiders and those lucky enough to have gotten in early. Learned from those mistakes and built a nice position in here before it's made its real run. This one hasn't run yet under new ownership and they currently hold nearly 50% of the shares which just became unrestricted last month. Also share structure is maxed out so no dilution. They are going to want to profit from those shares soon. If their financials are truly legit they have been making a profit. They have mysteriously gone quiet but once that changes the pump should start. Might be worth keeping on your watch list as this one isn't likely to die off or reverse split until management has squeezed out some profits. Those of us here now are acummulating the float for the eventual ride. We are just taking a long term, more patient view than most who visit here.
