WFM management does the big things—i.e. choosing locations for new stores and negotiating leases—very well. It’s the small stuff at the store level that could be better. All told, I’m not complaining.

p.s. Not sure it’s a good idea for WFM to have a more onerous labeling requirement for GMOs than its competitors. This is an argument that can’t be settled today.
