No one is gloating. It is my intention to force Peter and PVEC into bankruptcy.

He still owes me wages and consulting fees that I intend to collect.

Quang Meredith, Texas lender, it is my understanding, now has a Final Judgment signed by the judge for a couple of hundred thousand in defaulted promissory note. The judgement is against Peter personally and also PVEC.

As you know, commmon shareholders and Peter's ownership interests will be wiped out in this involuntary bankruptcy petition.

All common shareholders were aware of my intent to collect monies due. Unfortunately, common shareholders did not hold management accountability. They should have held management accountable in order to protect their own interests. But that is hindsight.
