I have been in contact with the US District Washington State court about the Lee case. The January 9th sentencing was cancelled because the judge had an emergency. It is now scheduled for February 20th.

Also, the LLEN company trial is scheduled to begin on February 17th in Federal Court.

I have contacted the Carson City Nevada District court on the results of the lawsuit settlement. I was told my request will be processed on a first come first serve basis.

The wheels of justice really move slowly and are not intended for the little guys.

Finally, I will never get over what Lee and company have done to me as an investor. I have not bought another stock since and firmly believe the whole system is crooked. I sometimes wish ISIS would carryout their "hate" on all CEOs/CFOs. It would truly make the world better.
