Currently, I believe a conservative valuation for Innovative Food Holdings as a whole is $110.4 million, or ~$4.40 per share [(FD Value + Distribution Value + Cash - LT Debt)/25m shares]. This represents significant upside from the current stock price of $1.35 per share. If management successfully transitions The Fresh Diet into a growth business later in 2015, the potential upside could be far greater. There are currently no institutions that own the stock and no analysts that follow the company. The key to investing is not investing where the institutions are, it's investing where the institutions are going to go. I believe Innovative Food Holdings at its current valuation represents a company with significant margin of safety and significant upside.
