Like I said previously, why don't you call "We Three" directly - this should take care of your doubt. Or you could call CDIF to confirm. Personally, I think it is a shady deal whereby the CEO of ARNH acquires "WE Three" with contingencies, then doesn't satisfy the contingencies and then acquires "We Three" within a couple of months after becoming CEO of a different company.

So, how has CDIF stock performed:

1.70 - 4,625,000.00 As of 1/13/15 the market price is $2.50. Dilution, similar to what ARNH experienced under the same management, seems very similar wouldn't you agree.

It is just a sad case and frankly, a lost cause in my opinion. Sitting here typing this post seems to be a total waste of time. Best to you my friend.
