So I took a look at the SEC filings.

June 25 2013 Marsh 7.6 million shares beneficially owned out of 107 million out at the time. 7.3%. He isn't listed as a large shareholder prior to this. This would be around the time you claim his rumor spreading and dumping into it.

March 31 2014 Marsh 8.1 million out of 122 million. The date is 9 full months later .... ownership dropped to 6.6% yet share count went up. Based on YOUR timeline he apparently was putting his money where his mouth was buying the stock and wasn't dumping into this so called rumor spreading summer 2013. The facts dont jive with your argument. Care to explain ?

August 27 2014 Marsh not listed on proxy. Did Marsh sell shares mid 2014 due to a divorce ? I don't know.

By April 2014 the stock is already less than .20 ..... Soooooooo quite frankly Dahl's utter screw up of description of the timing of the deal with ZTS is a huge reason for the stock being hammered around that time.

BTW ..... how many warrants did Marsh own that expired in 2014 ? Marsh known to be investor here for a number of years. To date, a total of 9.8 million warrants are known to have expired during 2014 based on SEC filings. Warrants included in beneficial ownership. Could a shareholder fall below 5% without doing anything ?? Yup.

The SEC filings don't fit your story. Funny ZIVO landed ZTS after summer 2013 too. Marsh owns more shares in early 2014. Hmmmmmm ....... And ZTS still on board after a year of testing. Surely ZTS would know by now if the bioactive didn't do anything. And we've just had some news from ZIVO indicating the bioactive showing positive preliminary results against a target that apparently there is no treatment for ..... tested by ZTS' go to independent CRO Dairy Experts. A study that actually occurred in the field with live dairy cows with the actual infection (that is where the rubber meets the road) .... Not a model in a test tube in a lab.

You label Marsh a POS yet you dont get the facts right. Hmmmmmmm ........ One should probably get the facts right before throwing stones !!!!!
