Arizona Mining Fraud?

I noticed in the comments of this story the following:

Then I saw on a 8-K filed on 9/20/13, Commission file no.: 000-52720 that Focus Gold Corp. hired Victoria J. Blackburn as a consultant, paying her $60,000 with 20,000,000 shares of common stock. Victory Blackburn is Secretary of CH and is also the executive assistant of our CEO, Gordon F. Lee.

“On June 1, 2013, we entered into a consulting agreement with Victoria J. Blackburn to provide "Consulting, Research, Review and Assessment of Technical Reports of Mining Properties, and of the Mining Property, along with comparables of said properties.", for a three month period, renewing thereafter for additional three month terms. Compensation for the services is set at $20,000 per month in stock or in cash for a period of three months. Here is another article on a company named Dome Rock Mines LLC which has named Jeffrey Blackburn as Manager of New Mining Project. The article says that Jeffrey Blackburn lives in Wickenburg, AZ and the article gives an address for Dome Rock Mines on Admiralty Way in Marina Del Rey.

It appears that the Focus Gold CEO Gordon F Lee is or has used the same or similar address on Admiralty Way that Dome Rock Mines is using.

Is Jeffrey Blackburn, the Manager of New Mining Project at Dome Rock mines related to Victoria J. Blackburn, who is the “Secretary of CH and is also the executive assistant of our (FGLD) CEO, Gordon F. Lee.” Victoria J. Blackburn and Jeffrey Blackburn both are linked back to Wickenburg, AZ. Is Victoria J. Blackburn a “Secretary of CH, the executive assistant of CEO Gordon F. Lee” also a Realtor in Wickenburg, AZ? Does Victoria have three full time jobs?

Are these people all related? Is this a conflict of interest? Why was FGLD CEO Gordon Lee’s executive assistant paid $60,000 paid with 20,000,000 FGLD shares of stock? What is going on here?

I’m just asking some questions because something seems like it’s not adding up on this one?
