Stop comparing them? LOL... They are managed the exact same way with massive insider greed, deals with shady penny players and a horrible money losing business plan, like ALL the other Quilliam tickers the past 15 years.

Learning from the past is key to avoiding future mistakes... no one has predicted GHDC and SFMI as well as i have since 2010. You know im right

I see nothing that suggests GHDC isn't another future loser like every single ticker they have touched. This is the same blueprint for failure, read the filings. They are giving out the farm for nothing and i see no chance to ever be profitable with these money losing leases. Its pure crap!... This is why no Long ever discusses the business plan, we only hear price predictions that aren't even supported with logical reasoning.
